6. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you dispute any charges, you must contact Hummerbot within 30 days of being billed. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hummerbot and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Hummerbot.

8. Termination

Hummerbot may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The materials appearing on Hummerbot's Service may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Hummerbot does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current.
